Prices are based on entry level Comfort Rooms and are subject to availability and seasonal rate adjustments.
A non-refundable deposit of R9 000.00 per person is payable on confirmation of your participation.
**A refund of deposits may be considered if the tour doesn't materialise or on cancellation for valid reasons such as medical emergencies or death in the family. (The latter is conditional on the passenger providing the relevant medical or death certificate and is at the discretion of the service providers to Andprom (Pty) Ltd.)
The remaining amount is payable by not later than 60 days prior to departure.
Late booking requests, for travel within 72 hours (3 days), will result in a late booking fee of R500.00.
