A non-refundable deposit of R1 750.00 per person is payable on confirmation of your booking
A refund of deposits may be considered if the tour doesn't materialise or on cancellation for valid reasons such as medical emergencies or death in the family. (The latter is conditional on the passenger providing the relevant medical or death certificate and is at the discretion of the service providers to Andprom (Pty) Ltd.)

The remaining amount is payable by not later than 10 days prior to departure
